One of the cutest towns along the coast of Oregon, Yachats is nestled between forests and beaches. Since many people under rate Oregon beaches, you have about 2 miles of the beach to yourself! I just went there with my family, and we had a blast! You can comb the beach, take a hike through the woods, and relax all in one day! There are tide pools, shells, and all sorts of underwater life! Don't forget to see the Giant Spruce Tree, which is 565 years old, and 185 feet tall! But, in 1962, 35 feet were knocked off by a wind storm. Also, the Sea Lion Caves is always worth a visit! Next time you r ever near, make sure to stop at Yachats!
