I just recently reviewed the movie August Rush. It's about a boy named Even. His mother was hit by a car and was forced into labor. Even was born and while Lyla (his mother) was asleep, her father thinking of Lyla's career, forged Lyla's signature andlet Even go up for adoption telling Lyla he was dead. He then spent the nexteleven years in an orphanage. He then runs away to New York.There he meets Arthur, who lives with a man named Wizard. Wizard sees the true talent in August, he doesn't have the best intentions for anyone but himself. Even can play music as good as someone like Mozart. Wizard renames Even August Rush, for his own selfish reasons . August is then discovered by a priest, who sends himto the Jullard School of Music. And then August...YOU HAVE to go see what happens next. But, anywayI would give this movie a 4 out of 5. There were some unfinished story lines, things that would of beengood to know. I just loved the plot and the message, Never give up hope. August just loved his music so passionately. This movie is good for all ages and families. Over all I loved this movie a lot!
