First things first, I am not a picky eater. Sometimes I am handed a kids menu at a resturant and after one quick look, I am staring at my mom in disgust. That's the way I am. I love to eat, and if it doesn't look absolutely appetizing, I order off the adult menu. I have been to places where I am annoyed at the kids menu. What type of good resturant could possibly do this to the poor people of ages 12 and under? I don't know, but it is surely terrifing for someone who's favorite food is sushi, and not just california rolls.

I figured I would start off my blog with a great kids menu. Destination: Benihana. I had really only been in the sushi bar here, and I barely remember eating on the five hundred degree oven tables. The oven is in the very center, so don't worry. At a first glance at the menu, you would look at it and go," Wow, kinda pricey." I mean, a thirteen dollar meal of steak and chicken combo seems too much. But when you see the amount of food they give you, you will be surprised. The menu includes a drink, miso soup ( It is a delectable mix of mushrooms, onions, seaweed, and a delicious broth.), salad, corn, rice, onions, zucchini, shrimp, your entree, and my favorite, ice cream. Plus, if you like green tea, there's that too.The kid's menu was as much food as the adult menu for half the price. Throughout the meal, your cook will perform many stunts with his spatula, such as the japanese egg roll. I can't spoil the surprise by telling you, but it is hilarious. The server might also bang out a small sequence of We Will Rock You and much more.

My conclusion? More entertaining than a movie, and way more delicious than popcorn. Having fun is just the beginning at a place that I am sure I will visit again.
