Eragon is a great book written by Christopher Paolini. This book is about a 15 year old farm boy that finds a dragon egg. The first egg in over 1,000 years. He gets attacked by a group of Ra'zac (a human that grows wings and eats humans) sent by the King, Galbatorix. The Ra'zac are stronger, faster, and more powerful than any human being on earth. They kill his uncle Garrow, who is like a father to him. The book is about how Eragon chases down the Ra'zac for revenge, fight off Urgals and may or may not join the Varden, a group of rebels against the King and his ways. I loved this book. It is long but I always wanted to read more. This book is part of a trio -- the second book is called Eldest and the third book is called Brisingr. I loved this book and would recommend this to anyone that likes fantasy books.

Hi Laureana~ Sorry your blog wasn't rated or commented on yet since January! Your blog explains the plot well- it is detailed and that is fabulous. Is there anything else you can add to make this a larger review- for such a long book, try saying something about the suspense or if it was confusing or simple to understand. Nice job!
