I am an enormous fan of Mexican food. I willadmittedly eat any Mexican food,from Taco Bell to Hacienda Colorado, but some food is obviously better than others. Little Anita's New Mexican Food is one of the better places to eat in my opinion. Offering steak plates, chile rellenos, enchiladas, stuffed sopapillas, burritos,nachos and tacos, the variety and quality of the tasty food is good for the price. If you are not a fan of the kid's menu, which often I am not, the a la carte menu offers single servings of the same food on the larger plate menu. The small space is a bit of a bummer, but they have a drive through that opens in the early morning for breakfast burritos. This place comes in handy on Sundays, when Santiago's is closed. (see separate blog) My favorite is either the chicken stuffed sopapilla or the chile relleno and tamale plate. I have graduated from the kid's menu here ( 10 and unders) but the smaller portions give this place a good rating from me.
