Have you ever thought of how cool it would be to turning all the trash and useless things in the house into amazing treasures? So have I! Now it is our chance to shine and make a difference in the world by inventing your own little somethings by turning trash into treasure. Those old milk cartons, pop cans, shoes, and cloths are going to be waste down the drain in a few seconds if you don't come up with a way to make them a treasure.

I recently entered a contest called "Trash to Treasure." This contest supports young inventors from the ages 5-19 to compete to turn the usual household objects into great little inventions that would satisfy anyone. The three criteria for this contest are mobility, environment, and play. Basically, the organizers would like to have something that moves things or people, protects the environment, and allows kids play with inside or outside. Still not interested? Well the prizes should definitely make you happy. The winner receives $10,000, a trip to Boston, and a laptop!
