Got Snow?
If you were on fall break during that huge snowstorm (even if you weren't you probably had a snow day), what did you do? I know I had fun. Winter is a close second to summer in terms of fun. I built an amazing fort and made snow angels. It seems as if there is nothing to do in winter but actually there is. If it's not sledding, skiing or snowboarding it's building a fort and having a snowball fight. Also winter is the only season to have delicious hot chocolate.
There are plenty of ways to make a snow fort. I find a nice flat area and shovel it out. Then I get a plastic box and fill it with snow making sure to pack it down. I drop the box on the edge of the shoveled out area. I repeat this as many times as I need to until I'm satisfied. If you don't want to do that make a snow man. Or you can just admire the beauty of the powder. But if you ever thought winter was boring you stand corrected. These are some of the fun ways I play in winter but maybe you have others.
