MLB Power Pros

Basic Information:

Title: MLB Power Pros
Rating: E
System: Wii
MLB Power Pros is Japan's top selling Major League Baseball series. And it's now available in America! Play as your favorite player...CARTOON style! It also has great animations of your favorite team's ballpark. Easy controls so both novices and hard-core gamers can enjoy the game. It even has 12 different gameplay modes, such as League, Practice, Home Run Challenge, Arrange and Exhibition. Have a few friends over and you want to see who's the best? Create a league by going to league mode. You will play a round robin tournament in the regular season. Then, the best move on to the single elimination playoffs. Whoever wins is crowned champion. Want to sharpen up yor skills? Go hit the field for some practice. To learn to hit them all outta the park go to the Home Run Challenge. Are none of the teams good enough for you to play with? Go to Arrange mode and assemble your very own dream team. The two most fun modes (in my opinion anyway) are Success and Season. In Season mode, you take control as the position of manager for your favorite team. You control all aspects of the team from training players to buying better equipment to signing Free Agentplayers to make your team better. The object is to carry your team all the way to the World Series. In Success mode, you take control of a player just diving into the college game, and his goal is to reach the big leagues. You control his decisions in life, along with his training schedule, part-time jobs and getting better equipment. MLB Power Pros is good for all sports gamers, especially kids. Teens might want to think twice about getting this game. But then again they might not.

Out of a five star rating I'd give this game a four.
If your looking for a different game for your selection, look no further than MLB Power Pros.
