Superb Super School News

Every year a program called Super School News picks some schools to pick a few kids to create a newscast. Teachers (I assume) choose 6 students to participate in this epic activity. 2 of those 6 kids become anchor people.
 
Anchor people are the people who you see sitting at those large desks in their station during news casts. The 2 kids that are picked for anchor people, have to go to a little bit of training. S.S.N (Super School News) people talk to the anchor kids about how their newscast will flow. (This is what I assume because I am not an anchor person, I am a reporter.)
 
Reporters are what the other 4 kids are. I am a reporter so I can give you more information on this role than an anchor person. Reporters come up with ideas for news stories. The stories are about things that make their school unique. 2 kids team together for 1 story. Their story should be around 30-35 seconds long. The whole news cast(including the anchor people) must be exactly 2 minutes or under.
 
Once the whole script is memorized, the 6 kids get to go down to the news station and film it. They will be aired on Channel 6 (Rocky Mountain PBS) if anybody is interested in watching them. This program is super fun and I hope a lot of kids get to participate in this exciting experience.
