If you love animals and holiday lights you MUST check out the Zoo Lights at the Denver Zoo. Just imagine walking through 38 acres of mouth dropping, eye catching, and environmentally friendly lights. "OH", did I forget to mention there are over 150 animated animal sculptures for all ages to enjoy. Upcoming events at the Zoo Lights- Visit Santa Dates: December 10-23 Time: 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. Cost: Free with Zoo Lights admission. Wild Ice (animal like carvings) Dates: December 17-23 Time: 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Cost: Free with Zoo Lights admission. Kwanzaa Date: December 26th Time: 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Cost: Free with Zoo Light admission. Zoo Years Eve Date: December 31st Time: 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Cost: Free with Zoo Light admission. If you are concerned about the cold weather, there will be warming stations and indoor exhibits to keep your toes and finger tips warm. General (Non-Members) Admission Fees Adults (ages 12-64) $8.00 Children (ages 3-11) $4.00 Seniors (65+) $6.00 Membership receive 2.00 off 9 News - 9 Cares Colorado Shares - Bring a non-perishable food items and get $1.00 off the Zoo Lights admission.
