You're hungry for lunch and you desperately are in need for some fun. You don't have any cleaning skills however you have plenty of creative skills. You really need to sleep but have to go to work at five o' clock. Yes, it's still the same Sims game as before, except for the furry friends in your Sim's life. In addition to the daily tasks you have to manage, your dog would really like to play fetch. Your cat is scratching the furniture while your parrot wants to be held. What's more, the hamster needs to be fed and the fish tank cleaned. That's right pets are now in the picture too!
"Sims 2 Pets Expansion Pack" is just like the other Sims games, except its perfect for animal lovers, whose lives, (reality or a game), just aren't complete without a friendly companion. In the game, your Sim or Sims can now own a cat, dog, parrot, hamster, or fish. They can also own as many as you like! Just be sure you can handle them all.
In case you're not familiar with Sims/ Sims2 games, it's really quite simple to catch on and control. It's a game where you personally create and name a person for you to play their life! You direct them to eat, play, sleep, go to school, go to work, everything! Now you might be thinking what's so great about that? Well, you can have your Sim be as crazy or as normal as you want! You can also have them do whatever you want. They earn different skills based on what activities you have them do. For those of you who love to build, you even can build houses! With "Sims 2 Pets," you can now personally create and name dogs and cats. You can also adopt a variety of other animals as well. The animals' lives need your Sim to feed, play with, and love them. As well as clean their cages.
Sims 2 Pets is rated "T" for teens. Since, this game is an expansion pack you do need the original Sims 2 installed, in order to play this game. I think that the Sims games in general are either really fun to some people, or really boring to others. If you love action filled games that keep you on the edge of your seat, Sims is not the game for you. However, if you enjoy a game that allows your imagination to go wild about everyday life, then I'd most definitely recommend it! For those of you who are already Sims fans, then defiantly check out the version that is full of unique pets!
