This month, I went on a ten-day trip to Orlando and Daytona Beach. Over the next two weeks, I will write about all of the fun activities I did there including the world’s most famous theme parks. Magic Kingdom, or the “Happiest Celebration on Earth,” is the most iconic theme park of four parks in Disney World. This world, a world filled with fantastic rides, fabulous structures, and all those unbelievable characters is the place where “Dreams Come True” for people of all ages. It doesn’t matter if it’s a grandma, a dad, or a newborn baby, everyone will certainly enjoy this magical place. Being the first theme park of Disney World located near Orlando, Florida, this park first opened on October 1, 1971. This park is almost a copy of Disney Land in California. The Magic Kingdom is divided into seven themes, six of which were copies of Disney Land. However, as a part of the Year of a Million Dreams, the Magic Kingdom opened many new rides that were unique to Disney World and some copies of popular rides in other Disney parks around the world.Fantasyland, the home to Cinderella castle, is probably the biggest attraction point for kids who have dreamed about seeing the magnificent building in person. The rides here are the classical favorites featuring rides telling the stories of Peter Pan, Snow White, and Winnie the Pooh. “It’s a small world” is the cutest ride in all of Disney with dolls from all cultures and races blending together as one while they sing the pretty tune “It’s a Small World.” Dreams, magic, and happiness is what Walt Disney brings to visitors as the dolls live in a utopian world. Cinderella’s Golden Carousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and the Mad Tea Party are some other examples of classical rides for kids who wants to join in on the adventure.Tommorrowland, the best place for bigger kids, features more intense and scarier rides as kids will experience the world of tomorrow through all the rides and activities. Space Mountain, the most popular ride in Magic Kingdom is a roller coaster ride that will send riders sprawling through space to explore the mystic world of space while traveling through galaxies. Tomorrowland Indy Speedway allows riders to be the driver in the world’s greatest race as everyone competes for the crown. The other themes in Magic Kingdom are Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Main Street USA, and Mickey’s Toon Town Fair. Every theme has its own uniqueness as kids go back and visit the Wild West, discover the world, and take pictures with all your favorite characters.I love the Magical Kingdom when dreams really do come true. Everyday is a new chapter of the greatest celebration on earth. Anyone who is visiting Orlando should know that this park can not be missed!
