I lift my head from the indigo waters,
Seeing only a speck of land.
I dive back into the place I come from, Feeling a transformation.
I am no longer human…
I lift my head from the indigo waters,
Seeing only a speck of land.
I dive back into the place I come from, Feeling a transformation.
I am no longer human…
I am a Blue Whale
Swimming, Deeper, deeper, deeper.
As I swim I see the ruins of ancient cities, Now only coral.
Farther on, I see the sites of historic ship battles, Now only a graveyard.
I feel the rush of the open water
And I realize…
That I am where I belong.
