Bleech Magazine – the right message

There’s a lot of pressure on teen girls today. We’re told how to look, how to act, what to be. However, for the girl who needs a little self-esteem and still wants to be in style, Bleech Magazine is the right choice. Bleech is different from most teenage magazines. They do include fashion and interviews, like the others, but they also stress self-esteem and values. Their Spring issue, which recently came out, is full with great advice. They support many charities and promote good morals. For example, the letter to the editor on the first page of the magazine urges girls to be good to themselves. Still, Bleech includes many interviews with famous celebreties and fashion. Their fashion is always modest, but still trendy. Their models aren’t frighteningly skinny. I was greatly impressed. Their website is also encouraging. They carry a brand of clothing and have many fabulous givaways. When you enter, you are greeted by a picture of the old World War II Icon Rosie, with a word bubble reading, “We’ll make you Bleech strong!”. This magazine helps teens accept themselves and stay “in the know”. I beg readers to consider buying a subscription to this magazine if they need a little pick-me-up, a little more self-esteem. One year subscriptions are $12 for four issues. Go to to order yours!
