Better Watch Out, Turkey’s Coming you’re way!!

As you know Thanksgiving is coming soon. That means turkey’s, stuffing, cranberry sauce and much more good food. On Thanksgiving day they have the annual “Turkey Trot.” You can cheer on or even run the race! Wake up early because the race starts at 10:15 AM (Wash Park) Times may vary if in different place. The admission to run is $40 for adults and $25 for kids. The admission benefits United Way programs. You will also receive a long -sleeve t-shirt, post -race expo and refreshments. There is a four mile run and a one mile fun run on flat ground. Make sure you dress warm and stay hydrated don’t forget to cool down!! Make sure you where some good shoes because it is a long race. Here are some more places you can trot if you live in different areas Broomfield, Boulder, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Greeley, Highlands Ranch/ Littleton, Loveland and Windsor.Heres a little fun fact each year there are 10,000 trotters through out the country wow that’s a big number. I think that the “Turkey Trot” Is going to be lot’s of fun. Even though I have never ran it I am more that excited to get outside plus I will be very hungry to eat a lot. The Turkey Trot is a way to meet with neighbor’s even meet some new people! You will be benefitting United Way so you are giving back. The one thing you can’t do is bring your pet so don’t let them eat your turkey! This is going to be the best trotting race Denver’s ever seen Bye got to trot. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
