Whenever I’m craving chinese food I always head straight to Little Ollie’s a chinese restaurant on 2364 E. 3rd Ave in Cherry Creek. Of course I only go for the best! When I go there I always order my favorite pork dumplings for the appetizer. For the regular meal I order the absolutely delicious mushu vegetable! They let you make it yourself, it’s like a chinese burrito! First, you put the special sauce on the thin pancake, then you put the vegetable mix on the pancake, wrap it up like a burrito and you’re all set! I also order sesame chicken which is always the best and to top it all off I order fried rice which is exactly what it sounds like with carrots and peas mixed in, it is positively enjoyable! All of this together would cost about $39.80 for one to three people. The staff is always friendly and though the lighting is low there is a perfect ambiance. You can sit inside the restaurant with plenty of tables or you can sit in outside area that is covered with a tent so you can still feel like you’re eating outside in Cherry Creek even in cold weather. There aren’t many parking spaces though. This is definitely my top pick for chinese although a lot of places come very close. Little Ollie’s also has a location in Aspen in case you’re ever there. Little Ollie’s also does takeout and delivery. I hope you go to Little Ollie’s because it is so good you won’t regret it. A 5 star restaurant at the least!
