Peter and The Starcatcherswritten an illustrated by: Dave Barry and Ridley PearsonPeter and The Starcatchers is the first in a series of 4 prequel for Peter Pan. It is about Peter Pan and 4 boys James, Tubby Ted, Prentiss, and Thomas. [They later become the lost boys.] They are all orphans and they your traveling to the kingdom ruled by the evil King Zarboff.[Who feeds his servants to his pet lion.] But…they never get there. There ship [called the Never Land] meets up with a pirate ship and a pirate captain named The Black Stache who attacks them and takes many of the Never Land’s passengers captive and in the process they crash on a island. I would recommend this book to people who like books with a lot of thrill, magic, and adventure. This series is best for nine to thirteen year-old’s. If you have already read peter and the starcatchers I would definitely recommend reading the rest of the series. It’s long but so hard to put down and if you can read the 4th Harry Potter in less than a month then this is a good book for you.
