Potter Fans Come Out At 12:01 a.m.

Dannika Harris writes, It’s finally here…

It’s finally here, the end of the Harry Potter series (Harry Potter and the Deathy Hallows Part 2) and I must see the last movie. So at 12:01 am on Friday, July 15th, I’m at Century 16 Belmar theaters with hundreds of Potter fans waiting to get in. I thought I was a big fan, but there were” supper urber fans” said Kim and Justin, who knew everything about all the books, movies, and even the spells. She dressed like Hermione and Justin looked like Harry Potter. There were many fans dressed like there favorite character and the theater went all out on making the lobby look like you were walking into Hogwarts (the school). We showed up two hours early to get the best seats in the house. I am happy we did because an hour before the show started all the seats were full. We had a great time playing Harry Potter trivia and talking about how much we love all the characters. The movie started and the crowd went wild. I loved this movie and the whole Harry Potter series. I was only 3 when my mom took me to see the first Harry Potter movie (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone), and been in love with them ever since. The book series was the first book report I ever did for school. I’m sad it’s all over, with but happy to be a part of the Harry Potter PHENOMENON. I will not give anything away about the movie. You must see it even if not a fan. It’s a part of history. The book series writen by J.K. Rowling inspired many kids to read and is still doing so to this day. A+ movie to see.
