Mia Malden writes, Andy Wink does everything from sneaking into R rated movies to house-sitting for his 4th grade teacher.

Andy Wink does everything from sneaking into R rated movies to house-sitting for his 4th grade teacher. He has many unpredictable adventures. This book is a real page turner as Andy sets his mind to helping Stinky Steve stop smelling and explains his previous, crazy spring breaks while wondering what will happen while his family heads off to Hawaii. It is also humorous when Andy folds his note to a deceased relative over his family’s hotel bill and puts both in his relative’s coffin. He finds a very touching poem on the floor and searches for it’s writer. Will he find the wonderful mind behind the poem? He also tries out for a part in the school play because he wants to kiss the girl the character kisses. Will he get the part? Or will Vander Erickson, the guy who always get’s the main part get it? At the end of the book, Andy moves into middle school.Steve Paulding is the author and he teaches in Douglas County. Pualding enjoys acting and directing theater throughout Denver. His home is in Parker, CO. All in all, I would recommend the book Life Lessons from Andy Wink to readers in second through fourth grade.
