If you've ever wondered about video game high scores, records and who made them, gaming trivia, or just wanted a bunch of gaming facts, Guinness World Records 2012: Gamers&#39

If you've ever wondered about video game high scores, records and who made them, gaming trivia, or just wanted a bunch of gaming facts, Guinness World Records 2012: Gamers' Edition is the book for you! It has facts about practically every game and game controller in the world. From the highest score on Angry Birds to the most valuable Kinect sensor, (which, by the way, is crystal encrusted), it has everything a gamer would want to know.

This book has lots of different sections, such as the Top 50 Game Endings, Scoreboards, and sections for individual games such as Pokemon. You can find out the highest score for just about any game as well as who achieved it. It even describes Lady Gaga's "farm" in Facebook's popular Farmville, GagaVille, which she created to promote her album, 'Born This Way.'

I'm not much of a gamer myself, but this book still intrigued me. I think that anyone would enjoy these facts about video games, even if they've never played a game in their life. Adults would enjoy it because it includes facts about classic games such as PacMan, Donkey Kong, and Centipede. Kids would enjoy it because it also has games that they're familiar with.  This book has absolutely everything in the world of gaming, and it never ceased to amaze me.

This book is super addictive and you will pick it up over and over again. So, if you've ever wondered what the fastest growing social game is, or the largest competitive Pokemon videogame family, or even the first phone-controlled flying machine, be sure to find Guinness World Records 2012: Gamers' Edition–I guarantee that it won't leave you disappointed!
