Everywhere you turn you can see pictures of “perfect” people.
Everywhere you turn you can see pictures of “perfect” people. In magazines at the grocery store, ads in commercials, starring in movies and on TV, along with pictures all over the internet. Well, a certain video has the power to debunk all these myths of perfection—in the form of a fake makeup advertisement.
The video “Fotoshop by Adobé” has a hilarious way of showing how many pictures have really been altered to perfection. In the form of an ad, the video pretends to be selling a “revolutionary” new solution to all beauty problems. I highly suggest showing this video to somebody without telling them what it’s about—it is very fun to watch faces when the fake “product” is revealed.
A simple video made by a real person. A great job showing that no one is simply perfect. In the end, the message that comes across is this: don’t feel bad if you feel different.
