Have you ever been to a Macy's Thanksgiving Parade but couldn't make it to this one? Then just read on below to get all the info on what amazing things Macy's has done this year.

Macy's did a wonderful job this year as they always do. This year, Macy's department store blew us away by including: a plethora of performances/dances,eye catching floats, many pop/country stars performing,11 high school marching bands, and(of course) many balloons. The performances were fantastic. The first performance had a little bit of high school cheesy stuff mixed in,but the dance moves were very original. The many performances following the first, made your feet tap to the beat. Now,for the floats I was talking about. The floats were okay. Not all like "Oh my gosh its so amazing!!". The floats included Build-a-Bears Workshop, the Native American Tree of Life, and many others. On some of these floats held the pop/country stars performing/singing their songs. Jeanette McCarthy, Trayce Adkins, Carly Rae Jepsen, and many other singers sang their hearts out for all the fans on the sidewalks or in the building watching the parade. The 11 high school marching bands played your regular Thanksgiving time songs. The song that really got my attention was "Jingle Bells". You might think well thats a little bit to early to be playing that song. But apparently, its not! The thing that did not surprise me was the fact that a majority of the high school marching bands were from New York. Now for the balloons. Macy's included many beloved characters like Mickey Mouse, Papa Smurf,Hello Kitty,Kermit the Frog, and many others.

Macy's always does a great job. This was my first year seeing the parade on TV,so I think that this parade was the best so far.
