Having lived as an orphan for many years, he is full of bright energy and hates all of his responsibilities. His leg wound, earned from a previous fight with the Captain of the Guard, prevents him from taking the upper hand in this war.
The precious kingdom of Carthya is in grave danger. King Vargan wishes to control the land and create a massive empire. In doing so, he captures Imogen, a servant girl who Jaron once loved. Refusing to let him go, Mott, Jaron’s right hand man, ventures to save her and all the prisoners. But there’s a lot more in store for him.
