Have you ever thrown out bananas because they were black and weren’t appealing to the eye? I know that feeling, and always feel bad because I’m wasting food. Well feel bad no more! Make banana bread! Just mash a few bananas, add in some easy to find flour, sugar, and other normal baking supplies, and BAM! Now, you have delicious, moist, banana bread for breakfast, or any occasion.

Ingredients: ½ cup cooking oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 3 to 4 mashed ripe bananas, 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.

Instructions: In a large stand mixer, beat the oil and sugar. Next, add the eggs and banana. Mix until combined. Finally, mix in the remaining ingredients, pour into a GREASED pan, and bake at 350° for about an hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
