An adventure to remember!

The “Worst Night Ever” by Dave Barry is about this boy named Wyatt Palmer. He is a freshman in high school and is a victim of two bullies. The bullies names are Troy and Nick Bevin. Nick and Troy are brothers. Their father is a rich business man in Miami but he is in trouble with his money because his job is not paying well and he might get laid off. So he decides to buy the land next to the zoo to make money. But the zoo also wants the land for a zoo expansion. So the city council decides to do a vote. If Mr. Bevin loses he could lose all of his money. But if he wins he can do anything he wants to the land. To “help” him win, he is going to try to release some of the most poisonous animals in the world on the property. While Wyatt is helping get a ferret back from the Bevin brothers, he finds out about the poisonous animals hiding in the Bevin’s back yard. Can Wyatt save the zoo without getting hurt?

On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate this book a 10 because it is funny and the author keeps you interested. This book is the second in the series. The first book in the series is called “The Worst Class Trip Ever”. If you like the first book you’ll probably like the second because it has the same humor and style of writing. I recommend this book for ages 9 and up because there are some scary parts to it.
